Seminar: Sanctions and commercial arbitration

Welcome to an in-person panel discussion on sanctions and commercial arbitration!
This panel discussion will address both substantive and procedural issues arising out of the various Western sanctions and Russian “counter-sanctions” adopted in response to Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022. Experts from different jurisdictions will discuss the challenges facing businesses in resolving their contractual disputes in an evolving geopolitical landscape.
