Marc Melitz: 21st century trade research – what all policymakers should know

Marc Melitz is the David A. Wells professor of political economy at Harvard University. He is the architect of the so-called Melitz model of international trade theory and is widely published in the field of international trade.

Marc Melitz’ keynote address will paint a broad picture of the development of trade research in the 21st century and draw out some implications for trade policy.
